I was so happy with the shades they installed in my addition that I had them come out to do my living room. We had picked a different manufacturer and were unhappy with the quality. Stoneside issued us a credit to choose new shades no questions asked! Was very happy with their customer service.
Working with Stoneside Blinds was amazing right from the start. My designer Michelle was fabulous. She showed up on time and had everything she needed to help me pick out Blinds that would enhance my decor. Once I made the decision of what I wanted, Michelle then took all the measurements. I had to make a change to my order, which was already placed, and Michelle was able to accommodated me no problem. I was kept informed every step of the way. Exceptionally professional and helpful install from William and Tommy. I appreciate their diligence to make Alexa work correctly and help me figure out the command isn’t “open and close” but “raise and lower” shades. Highly recommend!
