Lee Nails practices unfair price gouging that exploits customers.

$85. French manicures are listed as $38, but I also asked for a thin orange line (shown in pic). Technician didn’t mention that there’d be an additional cost. $4.70 extra per nail.

How was the additional $47.00 calculated?The woman at the counter couldn’t answer, just said “the added line.” Seems they make up prices on a whim or maybe because I’m 16 (I'm on my mother’s account) and was with my two friends who also unexpectedly paid about $90.

Management, be upfront about prices. There’s nothing on the nail menu even close to $85. So many other nail places to choose from.

awesome unpretentious nail salon in andover which is a hard to find combination! they are extremely professional & skilled. the prices were great! i'd give it a ten if i could!

I always love it at Lee Nails because, the staff is so nice and good at what they do. I always leave with a smile on my face whenever I pay them a visit. They make sure that every one leaves satisfied and happy. One doesn't have to wait too long to get services either. So it's an awesome place to check out!
