I have been a customer at Andover Nail Spa for years now and I absolutely love it!! Lena and the staff are phenomenal and always take care of me. The quality and customer service is top notch. I don’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend it here !

I am a long time customer and highly recommend this nail salon. The owner of the salon (Lena) is always friendly and very accommodating. But most importantly, the salon is spotless and very clean!

I've been going to Andover Nail Spa for a couple of years and appreciate that it has so many pluses....location, service options, cleanliness etc. But what I appreciated most yesterday was the Lead Manicurist's (Naia?) willingness to correct an issue I had with the quality of my manicure. I returned late in the day, but despite closing time looming, Naia used the situation as literally a "teaching moment" for two of her staff, demonstrating for them how elements of the manicure should have been done to preclude a repeat of my particular issues.
