Fantastic experience so far. I've never felt so comfortable and heard from a physical therapy team. And Dawn is great. She is friendly and willing to help in any way possible. As long as I live in Andover, Essex will be my go-to place for PT and Chiropractic care.
7 months later & I'm even more fonder of this place now. I've not only seen an improvement within my own physical body, but I've noticed other patients as well making huge progress. It feels good to feel good along with seeing others feel that way too. I wanted to note Dawn at the front desk is one of the most kindest & compassionate people. I'm always impressed with her passion to take care of others. From the minute you walk in the door to the moment you walk out you are 100% taken care of by this whole staff. I truly love this place & recognize their genuineness. Thanks again EPT&C!
It really doesn’t get any better than this place. Doctor Mike (Although he’d rather be called Mike or Michael instead of Doctor tells you something right there) & his staff are truly amazing! Such a warm practice with friendly & helpful people who really do care about relieving your pain. All of them take their time & don’t rush you out. They always greet you & make you feel very welcomed. Never mind all the services they offer. Trust me there’s no place you’d want to go other than Essex Physical Therapy & Chiropractic!
