We had an issue with our septic and called Dave! Best decision we ever made! He was so responsive and came over immediately multiple times to solve the problem. I was very pregnant throughout all of this and Dave and his team could not have been better to work with! If you want someone that goes above and beyond and you can feel safe with you need to call Dave! He is so very knowledgeable and we are lucky to know him!
Had a great experience today working with Dave at Bateson Septic! In the lead up, he was very responsive and candidly answered all my questions. He even moved up my appt as our situation became more dire. He was on time and completed the service himself. He was completely professional and resolved our somewhat unique problem. His excellent work really inspired confidence. There are other providers out there. But, based on our experience, Bateson is definitely our new preferred company for septic services!
