First two times i went it was great, just went today this dude completely butchered the hair of the two people in front of me. Should've occured to me I should leave but no I decided to ask him for a slight trim pretty much only the back and this dude just buzzes everything jesus well at least I have a good hat collection because the top hair looks completely off cant wait for it to grow back.

I just sat in the umass campus center Bucci for 10mins waiting to get seated for a haircut. There were two clients in the chairs, and two stylists. One client looked done, and was busy looking at photos of the stylists "old" hair cuts on her phone. No one greeted me when I got there, or said anything about how long it would take for me to be seen. After 10 mins of watching the stylist show pictures (no hair cutting, just browsing photos on her phone) I got up and walked out. Maybe they are used to a clientele of college students that have time to wait, but I am an employee and don't have that option. Oh well, I'm headed to Northampton tomorrow. I'll get it cut then.

Shoddy job. The barber was more focused on his game than my haircut. Did a quick 10 minute haphazard job. Became rude when I asked to change some things. Extremely unprofessional and not even worth 15 dollars they charge. Would recommend going elsewhere for a decent cut
