Came here for a wax, and Caren provided the best experience I've ever had! She's a true expert; she made sure I was comfortable throughout, and was awesome to chat with. Will definitely come back.

Caren totally ignored what I asked for even though I showed her pictures, both of what I wanted and what I didn't want. It seemed like she just didn't like the style. She also hurt my feelings by making an ignorant and uncalled for comment about my acne. She came recommended, but it was a huge waste of money. I'll never go back.
