I worked with Ryan Kim and Miguel primarily when searching for my studio apartment. Their response rate was incredibly prompt and thorough and they were able to meet my needs and explain all contingencies, fees, and next steps perfectly. They were able to relieve so much stress that often comes with moving and got me a great apartment in budget with most of my perks in a matter of days!
I reached out to Junye and she got back to me immediately. Junye is a great communicator and works quickly. I sent her a bunch of listings I was interested in and she checked if they were available/ if they fit my criteria right away. She arranged the showings and was always there early. Junye was honest, enthusiastic, and helped us negotiate with the listing agents effectively.
I worked with Pei and he went above and beyond to find my roommates and I a place that was newly renovated and fit within our budget. He even assisted after we found an apartment as we communicated with the leasing agent and landlords. Pei is extremely responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
