“My oven went out on me over the weekend. I called on Monday and Katie was super nice. I scheduled an appointment for Thursday (could have been sooner however I had work). I wasn't expecting to get an appointment for at least a week!

Today (Thursday) Brennan was right on time. Though I wasn't home my son was. Brennan called me told me the issue (bad igniter). He had a part in his van and fixed it right away. I was honestly so surprised as like with car mechanics, though I would have to wait weeks for a part and I was stressing if my oven would be fixed for Thanksgiving.

It was diagnosed and fixed in 45 minutes ?
