Great over all service. Matt is a fantastic technician. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with what was going on with the APU issues. The front staff is outstanding and helpful. I would recommend thermoking northeast for any issues with your truck or trailer APU. They will take care of you.

Amazing place to do business with. The saff is very friendly."Mat", the Tech you worked on my TriPack unit was super knowledgeable and transparent. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me my options. I definitely will go out of my way to use this dealer again in the event I need service.

Big thanks to Matt and the team at Thermo King for getting my unit back up and running on short notice. These guys take what they do seriously and truly know what they’re doing. They caught several issues beyond what I came in for, which at least 3 other shops completely overlooked. Scott in parts was also very helpful and was able to give guidance on some additional parts I needed.If you’re trying to save a buck by avoiding the dealer I can tell you it is far more costly to constantly replace aftermarket parts and the issues associated with them. Ask me how I know!
