Justin resurrected two older laptops of mine that were suffering from nothing but dead batteries. I’d let this go for way too long, and it was only because of his friendliness and willingness to help that I finally took the plunge and got it all sorted.
The prices were honest and reasonable, his communication is a ten out of ten, and the turnaround on this particular repair (no promises implied, YMMV) was ONE DAY after the battery arrived.

Easily the best repair shop in the Berkshires. Has all kinds of little things that other places don't be have like ram and data cables. One stop shop for all computer needs and the owner is absolutely amazing. Don't give those big tech companies more money, come here for all your upgrades and repair needs.
I have been having trouble starting my older computer with Windows 7. I depend on my computer for work. Dan fixed it in less than 15 minutes. He knew exactly what it was, an extra video card that was no good. He came to my house in a timely fashion. Well worth the money and effort. Thank you Dan!
