“Justin resurrected two older laptops of mine that were suffering from nothing but dead batteries. I’d let this go for way too long, and it was only because of his friendliness and willingness to help that I finally took the plunge and got it all sorted.
The prices were honest and reasonable, his communication is a ten out of ten, and the turnaround on this particular repair (no promises implied, YMMV) was ONE DAY after the battery arrived.
I can’t recommend Justin and his store enough. It’s so great to have finally found someone in our area who answers the phone, welcomes a walk-in diagnosis appointment, and then quietly exceeds every expectation. Around here that’s no small thing. It’s a well-known regional problem that some places won’t even pick up the phone or call you back.
And besides, who doesn’t love walking into a shop with three old Power Mac G5s built into a glass coffee table? Go see Justin. Seriously.”
