Great eye doctors but their customer service and office experience is terrible. I made an appointment for my annual visit a year in advance - I found out 6 months later that the appointment in their system was completely different from what they wrote on my card - no one could explain why. I couldn't make that time due to travel plans based around the appointment that I thought I had. Choices were either wait another 4 months to see same doc at same location or go somewhere much less convenient 2 months later. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would call back - of course nobody did, so I had to make 2 more calls to get this sorted out including long hold...read full review

This place is convenient and the staff is very efficient. There's always parking available in the lot and seating in their waiting room. They've recently expanded into more space and have added even more choices for your eyewear shopping.

Be prepared to wait at least 60 minutes minimum. I was told the normal time is 90 minutes for the entire appointment. To see an eye doctor for a routine check. It’s a really long wait for anyone, let alone a kid. The medical care is fine, nothing great.
