They're great! Very patient with young kids who dislike getting their haircut. Also, the haircuts come out looking good despite the squirming kids.

We took our 18 month old son to get his first haircut and wanted it to be a special moment. The man who cut his hair was rude. I'm sure horses get better treatment from their groomers than a baby in this salon. Plus he left with a ragged cut and two holes in his hair. 😓😓😓😓

It was a disappointing experience. My son has anxiety from Hair cuts. I waited so long until he reached a stage where he was quit3 excited to go to a hair dresser. I found this one that had kids toys etc. My son sat quietly in one of the chairs watching TV. The lady did not talk to him, just focused on the hair. He was quietly crying but staying strong. After 1 min, she said I cannot do it because I have to brush the hair to cut it and there is a tangle. There was a very small tangle. She then said nay be you can do it a home! I told her she can try, it doesn't have to be perfect. She said no maybe put conditioner.... my heart ached for my son who was excited for haircut for the first time. It took us months to reach this stage of acceptance. I don't recommend this place!

They completely butchered my hair. I told them to leave it long in the back and they cut it and then they shave the sides. It was supposed to be a modern mullet. It’s not even even and then they had the audacity to ask for a tip.

Love coming here with my 4 year old child. He is autistic and has a sensory processing disorder. The guy is super patient with him and understanding. I will keep coming back !

We took our 3 year old son on Saturday. He has been so scared. We have taken him to other places and he cried. I had also took he to watch his father and cried and kept asking me to go to the car. We went to Mindy's he walked around played in the different cars. And was ok, until it was time to cut his hair. He ended up setting on his father's lab and was crying. But the Hairstylist. Took her time and was talking with my son. He stopped crying and sat still. I'm so happy with his haircut and with Mindy's we will be 100% going back.

Second time going, it helps that they have a Lightning McQueen chair my son is a huge fan . Bonan (spelling is off) has been there the two times and she has been remarkable. Patient and has been gentle taking chair of my sons super curly and knotted hair . Worth going the extra distance. Thank you.

She did an amazing job with my squirmy 2 year old who hates her hair being messed with. Once my daughter had a lollipop, the tears were gone and she was calm. The hair dresser moved with my child as she turned her head and got a very even trim. They have a great play area and all the tricks. This was a very successful first haircut. Will absolutely return.
