I am so incredibly sorry! I mistakenly wrote a negative review for this business, confusing it with another establishment. I was completely in the wrong. I've removed my previous review and wanted to leave a new one to apologize and correct my mistake. This place deserves five stars! My sincere apologies for any inconvenience or confusion caused.

Got my snug and rook pierced here! The snug made me cry, but the piercer (unfortunately did NOT grab his name) was really patient and offered to wait / let my friend get pierced before I got my rook pierced. Was also patient when I accidentally touched the rook after it was disinfected, lol. I was initially super stressed about getting the snug since it's a super anatomy-dependent piercing, but the piercer took time to evaluate my anatomy and determine whether or not I could get it. Overall, 12/10 experience and will definitely be coming back here/recommending this spot to all my friends for piercings! They gave me two lollipops <3
