Over charged for a single visit. The company lost my payment and double billed me, then and asked me to find proof of payment over a year later.This company needs an audit.

I won't be using this office anymore. If the appointment is at 10 then I expect to be seen at 10. Pretty straight forward. Respect my time, I was early for my appointment.And with a tremendous amount of agitation don't like snippy receptionists.

I would not recommend Dr. Gazula or her team to anyone. There is an obvious and consistent lack of communication between the doctor and her receptionist/assistant, and it would often take a week to hear back from anyone. In 2020 during the pandemic, it took literally weeks to hear back from their office, even when I reached out through their health app. I had a mental health crisis, and did not hear from her for months. When I finally did touch base with them, they were nonchalant and clueless. Please do not waste your time here!

Worst doctor I have ever spoken with, and I've used the NHS!During my time with them, Dr. Gazula has ignored everything I have said and made assumptions. Incorrect assumptions.I would advise everyone to stay clear of this practice. Though the other staff are great, the Doctor makes this a terrible, TERRIBLE experience.

I was relieved when I found Dr. Gazula. She spends time with me and really listens to what I am saying. She is open to my ideas and doesn't jump on the medical bandwagon of fear. Quite a world of difference that makes for people. I recommend her to everyone.
