While there have been some complaints about the office staff and the check-in system, the overall feedback from patients is overwhelmingly positive. Dr. Bleich is an outstanding provider. She’s kind, attentive, and has a genuinely comforting bedside manner. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. She’s understandably hard to book with, as she’s one of the only women providers in the office, but she is absolutely worth the wait.
That said, I am currently waiting two months to be seen by Dr. Bleich, and the challenges I’ve experienced during that wait have been with the front office and scheduling process. Dr. Bleich and Dr. Decoste are amazing. They have great bedside manners and truly care about you as a person as well as the patient. Both will explain things to you so you can understand and are very knowledgeable. I have been a patient of Dr. Bleich 10+ years and recently have become a patient of Dr. Decoste as well. I am grateful for all the care I receive.
Dr. Hyatt is a fantastic doctor that is helping me with my disease. His assistant, the staff, and infusion nurses all do an excellent job and I can tell they really care about me and aren't trying to rush to the next person. Also the infusion nurses do an excellent job it doesn't take them multiple times to give me an IV they are pros. I don't know about the other doctors at the practice but ask for Dr. Hyatt!
