Highly recommend. Had a heating issue, came next day, diagnosed the problem quickly, did a partial fix with parts in the truck, then ordered the needed the parts and came back to complete the work. Excellent customer service, good prices.

I am a local Concord resident and real estate agent. I met Chris one of the owners of Concord Heating and Air at BNI close to a decade ago and immediately became a client of his. I refer them when I can and what I love is their honest approach and availability. They service my furnace every fall and they are there when we need them. Yesterday, on one of the coldest days of the year my furnace stopped blowing hot air. I called at 11am and by 3pm they were there and diagnosed the problem and we were back in business by 4pm. We have called on Concord Heating and Air Conditioning several times over the years. Usually, in an emergency like the failure of AC on a blistering day, the furnace not working on a cold day, or other similar issues. Ward has always been prompt, courteous and resolved the issues quickly and professionally.Today, Ward replaced my 25-year-old gas furnace as it was time and, as usual, was prompt, professional, and overall did a great job. I would highly recommend Concord Heating & Air Conditioning.
