This facility is friendly, clean, and has professional and courteous staff and providers. They take the time to help their patients feel cared for during the visit. Never rushed and always willing to answer questions. Thank you ! Karen, Madeline, Dr. B and all your wonderful staff members.

Maddie The PA, was very kind and helpful. Haha I was annoying asking her questions and she truly was kind enough to answer all my questions with ease. She was very kind and gave me some really helpful information. She was very respectful of my personal space and that truly made me feel comfortable. Need more people like her in the healthcare field!

I came to Acton Urgent care for an X-ray after taking a tumble and banging my elbow. From my first call Karen at the front made me feel at ease and that the team was available for me to be seen. This kindness continued when I arrived and she helped me through the check-in process. Both the Tech who took the x-rays and the doctor who came to see me (Suri) were empathetic and warm. I left knowing that I did not break my elbow, but it was a good bruise. How to care for it and even received a phone call later from Suri assuring me that they got a second opinion and i was in the clear.
