As usual my office visit was fantastic. The dentist and staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable.

This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had at a dental appointment. They have an amazing staff and I was seen by 2 different dentist/surgeons. I am going to make a way for Dr Bruni to redo my smile. Time and chemo have done what they do. His portfolio was impeccable. I would work there just because how well it’s run. Highly recommend; terrified of dentist usually but felt comfortable from the minute I walked in. All extremely friendly and able to fit me in even on a busy day! All staff were extremely kind and helpful. Definitely will recommend from now on; also feel my fear of the dentist diminishing. 10/10. Shout out to Cheryl- super helpful and also kind!

first of all, I was referred to this dentist by a friend. My first appointment was good. I did I just needed one tooth pulled. That’s all I wanted was one tooth pulled. after I left the dentist appointment, we decided to pull one tooth and one wisdom tooth that was $710. I paid the full amount in cash. I was sent with some medication to help me calm down the day of my surgery, but I forgot to fill my prescription in the day of my surgery. I tried calling and letting them know that I couldn’t make it because I didn’t fill up my prescription. The office manager decided to argue with me on the phone that same morning telling me that yes she gave me the prescription and I said yes ma’am I know you gave me the prescription. I just fell asleep and forgot to fill them after I asked her for a refund. She told me it would be $150 charge which they did not tell me when I paid in the beginning and they did not tell me that while I was signing paperwork that if I needed to reschedule my appointment, it would be $150. They told me that after the fact, but she goes and talk to the doctor and they waved $150 fee the day before my surgery the office manager decides to call my phone to remind me that I need to get my medication. I don’t need nobody to remind me that I need to pick up my medication. I had just fell asleep, which is why I forgot to pick it up before, but the fact that she called my phone to remind me to pick up medication which is petty in my opinion. The day of my appointment I was just trying to talk to this lady and let her know that hey they’re pulling the wrong wisdom tooth and I have a wisdom tooth that’s on the left side that hurts more than the right side because the cavity is bigger instead of talking to me this lady kicked me out of the office and told me she would give me a full refund which I know is a lie because she just told me that it’s $150 charge so now she’s trying to charge me $300 for an appointment that she kicked me out of because she would not switch the tooth that was hurting me to be pulled. . or even talk to me she wouldn’t even have a conversation with me or my father after i paid for this appointment in full. It’s sad that they do this to African-American people who they know. Don’t have enough money to get a lawyer, but I refuse and that these people steal any money from me for no services.! I mean didn’t give me a copy of x-rays NOTHING! but trying to charge me 300$ didn’t get a cleaning or nothing 300! in this economy is sad. 300&$ for an appointment she kicked me out of for asking a question

I can’t say enough great things about Pearl Dental! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and the staff made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Bruni explained everything clearly and gave me all the options for my smile! Scheduling was easy, appointments run on time, staff was helpful, and the office was beautiful!! Great place, great people! They are very friendly and provide the best of dental care. Jessa, my dental hygienist, was great and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I would highly recommend Pearl Dental Group for all your dentistry requirements.

All staff are very pleasant. You are put at ease as soon as you enter the office. Very welcoming atmosphere. The hygienist informs of the procedure as she is cleaning step by step. I really appreciated that. No surprises. The dentist was also very informative and professional. He made suggestions about my case and laid out a plan to consider. Very positive visit. Highly recommend this Dental group.

They are just an amazing dental office. We are a family of six, and my husband, myself and all our children, except our very youngest goes here. They are personable, attentive and extremely engaging with their patients. Pearl Dental are true experts at what they do!
