“We must share our amazing experience with Johnny Belsome and Hydro Pride. We needed to have our roofed checked to get insurance and were able to reach Johnny to have it shown to be in great shape and thus pass inspection for insurance. A few months later we had a minor leak occur at the point where the electrical connection comes into the home. We called Johnny again and he pulled up the pictures from the last visit. He was able identify possible issues and came out the next day. He made a seal on an area that may have been the only possible spot allowing a leak. Well, this may not sound so amazing, but you must know that he put the roof on the house for the previous owner. We never contracted Johnny to have the original roof done. Johnny stands by his work so well he came out and checked it for us as if we were the initial customer. Johnny definitely is a professional and Hydro pride lives up to its name. They take pride in their work.“

“James and his crew did an excellent job re-roofing our house. When James came to do the estimate, he fully explained the options including a Fortified roof which is what we selected. There was never any pressure or effort to up sell us. I got three estimates for the job and James was the best. Before they started, they covered our slate terrace, French doors, pool, backyard decking, etc. to protect them during the process. The crew was highly skilled, efficient, and a pleasure to interact with. The finished roof looks great! They left the area around my house spotless. No trash, no nails, no shingle pieces, or shingle grit. These pictures were taken 10 minutes after they left and you can see how clean it is. It was an all around professional execution and I highly recommend this company.“

“Roofers arrived early and worked until dark. Noise level was bearable but sounded as if plywood and packs of shingles were being thrown from a distance which shook the inside of the house. Care was taken to move and/or cover outside plants and surrounding areas although some tools or roof materials found their way onto the garden in front of the house. Some leaf guards will need to be reseated. Clean up was generally done well with minor additions needed. Quality of work was good.“

We had our brick ranch on slab lifted ten feet off the ground. The floors sweated, were cold or hot depending on the season. Walking inside sounded hollow. Forward one year Sunlight Contractors came and applied closed foam insulation.They showed up en mass and very orderly and methodically prepared the area and got right down to business. Before the crew had finished cleaning and packing up we could already notice a difference. Walking around inside sounded more solid, the air conditioning units were running less. The crew picked up leaving no trace they'd been here.
It's now been installed for a month. Our electric bill is down 15% compared to last May. Our house is much more comfortable, no sweating oak wood floors. And it stays much much cooler (Thank God).
Cannot think of many times the wife and I felt such a good return of investment than getting this done. Y'all did a superb job.Thanks so much!

“I needed a roof inspection for my insurance company. After a Google search, I came across Brennan’s roofing. I called & spoke with Melanie. I explained what I needed & she was able to schedule someone to come out the following Monday (I called on a Friday I believe). Dale came out & did my inspection & provided a report the same day.Dale did find some areas of concern that needed repair & an estimate was provided with my report. I agreed to go ahead with the repairs & Melanie scheduled someone to come out & do my repairs the following Monday (I believe I spoke to her on that Wednesday/Thursday).The guys that came out were prompt and did great work. We got a free estimate from here and they even were willing to negotiate a price, we signed a contract and within a couple of days the job was complete. They just completed a replacement slate mansard roof for my 1920s NW DC townhouse with excellent results, went way beyond my expectations. I was a slater/roofer in college so I know the trade and was frustrated by the outrageous prices from other companies and their lack of expertise. Found Durable in the Slate Roofing Contractors Association directory, saw they specialized in high end slate, tile and copper. Within days Edwin showed up on time for a site visit, had a very open discussion about materials costs, slate options, etc. Days later had a proposal at nearly half the price of the other companies. Kevin kept me updated on scheduling. Neighbor was heartbroken to learn he paid more for a poor quality asphalt shingle job than I paid for slate and copper! Crew chief Chris and his team Max and Jorgito were meticulous craftsmen with Chris discussing every step of the job with me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Crew cleaned up every day leaving the job site spotless (wife appreciated that). Chris made several suggestions to improve the install especially around a very tricky dormer which turned out to be spot on from a functional and architectural standpoint. Job turned out great, copper work gleams, joints beautifully soldered, and slate is laid out perfectly, precisely set and balanced.
