This was by far one of the greatest experiences I have ever had with I company they no only installed the best roof we have ever had but the people the service the attention to detail the pictures during the entire process from start to finish was unbelievable. The owners were on site and kept in contact the entire time the crew was top notch professional organized and respectful awesome people. I talked to Lone Wolf Friday afternoon and they sent me a proposal. Sunday I met with Dylan - yes I said Sunday and I agreed to have them reroof my house and garage to meet the fortified roofing specifications. All transactions were done on line signing the contract and 50% partial payment and then final payment .
I watch the crew install the roofing and what l could see and have knowledge of the were following and installing a fortified roof.
Also I paid a Fortified roofing inspector to monitor the installation and provide me with a certified fortified roofing and wind mitigation documents. So I know I have a fortified roof and have written and pictures documentation.
