“I was trying to call and had a very hard time getting through as well. It also seems this is the only doctors office that is accepting state medicaid. I was finally able to get an appointment. Our nurse practitioner, ebony eaglin, was awesome! We were seen quickly. The staff was helpful, though they could act a bit more cheerful. We were in the temporary buildings outside, and we drove around reading signs. So far, this has been a good experience.“
“Every time I go to Fast Pace Health Urgent Care, I have a good experience. The nurses and doctors there are extremely polite. The wait time is not long versus going to a hospital. Any symptoms, me and my kids ever experienced, they were there to help. Keep up the great work!“
“My experience was a rollercoaster ride, not because of the service but because I was in so much pain that I lashed out at the front receptionist. However, Grace handled herself so professionally and respectfully. The last few times that I went to UC, I normally sit in my car and wait for a phone call to be seen and the receptionist on duty would allow me to pay my copay after I have been seen so I don’t have to make 2 trips inside. Today, I did the normal routine I have done in the past, I went to my car and waited to be called. I received a text asking me to come to the front desk, in which I replied asking if the Doc was ready to see me. The text back was informing me that I need to pay my copay and then I will be seen, I was in severe pain and didn’t want to go through the hassle of getting up and walking around anymore than I have to. I texted back to explain how things were done previously but policy states that the clients must pay the copay before we are to be seen and I was unaware of it because this isn’t how things were handled with me before and became enraged that I had to get up and walk while in pain and walked into the clinic aggressively and yelling to the front desk receptionist to see the supervisor. Grace calmly went to get the person in charged and they explained the policy about paying before being seen in which Grace tried to explain to me and I didn’t listen. Once I settled down after a few minutes I realized my behavior was unacceptable and that Grace didn’t deserve to be treated the way I had just shown by my actions and immediately apologized. I felt extremely embarrassed and a terrible human being to treat Grace the way I did when she was only doing her job and following the rules. Grace was extremely calm and polite and professional. I apologized many times while I was there and she accepted my apology and I was taken very well care of by the nurses and Doctor on call. However, to Grace, thank you ??“
“Dr. George and his staff are so compassionate and knowledgeable. He really cares about his patients and takes his time. Definitely recommend.“
