“Staff was very friendly and the office was impeccably clean! The four stars is because they have an over reliance on technology! I was there for a drug test but the check in process was overly involved and they demanded that it all go through their tablet system then you finish it on your phone. I really don’t like that the lady at the desk could do the job but she seems not to have that task anymore. Not sure when we decided that clinic environments were better without people but I think companies should go back to having a person involved.“
