Jeansy was absolutely amazing. She was very professional and courteous. She was knowledgeable and spent as much time as I needed to ensure that my glasses were perfect for me. Absolutely LOVE Walmart vision in West Monroe. I've been going there for approximately 3 years. The doctor is awesome and goes above and beyond as well as the employees. I recently had a problem with theft at my mailbox and needed to file a claim through USPS for contacts I ordered and not being smart with technology, I was unable to do it on my own. Well, the employees at The vision center in West Monroe was so kind and took the time to help me file my claim. I don't know what I would do without them.
