“I usually never really do reviews, but this review is very much needed. My son Hayes is special needs and we have had many many Dr appointments and surgeries, all the things. We recently found out that his vision was very poor, so we brought our prescription here. The customer service was incredible. I know nothing about this field of medicine, and no one ever made me feel silly or a burden. Tonight, we got his glasses (which came in SUPER fast!). I was very nervous, but the way he acted when he opened his eyes was unlike any other. I was crying, my 6 year old was crying, the workers were all crying! He finally could see! The experience in itself was emotional, but the way these people loved my child and cried for him like that was just amazing. I would recommend this location to anyone! Great people that are there for more than just a paycheck, truly! Thank you guys so so much if you see this!“

This past Friday, I started experiencing an increase in the amount of eye floaters and by that night, they were accompanied by flashes of light in my right eye. I called Tuesday morning and got seen immediately because of my symptoms. When I got there, the staff took great care of me and Dr. Scogins quickly diagnosed me with a retinal tear. He consulted Dr. Batra, a local opthalmologist that specializes in the retina and by that same afternoon, I had urgent laser eye surgery! Can't thank the staff at Family Eye Care enough!“
