I make sure I go on a day when Nate is here. He’s always been very thorough and listens to me and my unique situation, and treats whatever illness I have at the time aggressively and makes sure I understand, and responds to my questions.
Also, I don’t think I’ve ever had a negative encounter with a receptionist here. Except one time when there was an insurance issue, but it was resolved promptly and I felt heard and respected by the staff.
Nathan here at the clinic has helped me get back to form every time I've ever came in here and so friendly and so competent at his job.
