My first time being treated at Glenwood. Entire experience was very positive and professional. From check-in to triage nurse to ER doctor and ER nurse, all were friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I'm grateful. And blessed.
I would like to thank the whole staff on the Second floor for taking great care of my mother for the last 9 days. I know she was very difficult but everyone treated her very well. One lady in particular named Phyllis a CNA was the most sweetest and caring person. Glenwood should be proud to have this lady on Staff. I mean she was super Awesome. My sister was taken to the ER last week. I spoke with a female nurse that night and asked if my sister needed diapers or food, because they did not have diapers when she stayed in the past. The nurse said she had found diapers. The next day after 7 am, my sister said she was not changed at all or fed much. In the early evening when she was changed, her back side was so red and irritated they should feel ashamed to leave a crippled elderly person in that condition. Whoever took over her care on the 7 am shift did a horrible job of taking care of my sister and meeting her needs. We will not be sending her back to your ER.
