Family Eye Care provides exceptional service with a friendly and professional staff. Patients appreciate the thorough explanations during examinations and the welcoming atmosphere. Dr Gordon and his staff are highly skilled and very patient, making patients feel valued and supported. The staff is warm, welcoming, polite, and patient, understanding the needs of all patients, including those with autism. With a long history of satisfied customers, Family Eye Care is highly recommended for its excellent care and assistance with eye needs, including picking out glasses, all at a good price.
I've been going to Family Eye Care for years. This past Friday, I started experiencing an increase in the amount of eye floaters and by that night, they were accompanied by flashes of light in my right eye. I called Tuesday morning and got seen immediately because of my symptoms. When I got there, the staff took great care of me and Dr. Scogins quickly diagnosed me with a retinal tear. He consulted Dr. Batra, a local opthalmologist that specializes in the retina and by that same afternoon, I had urgent laser eye surgery! Can't thank the staff at Family Eye Care enough!
My family and I have been going to see Dr. Lamar and his team since 2022. The atmosphere is professional yet very welcoming as well. Dr. Lamar is always open to any questions or concerns we may have about our eye care. He is thorough with every exam and takes time to explain everything to us. And that right there is enough for me.
