Family Eye Care provides exceptional service with a friendly and professional staff. Patients appreciate the thorough explanations during examinations and the welcoming atmosphere. Dr Gordon and his staff are highly skilled and very patient, making patients feel valued and supported. The staff is warm, welcoming, polite, and patient, understanding the needs of all patients, including those with autism. With a long history of satisfied customers, Family Eye Care is highly recommended for its excellent care and assistance with eye needs, including picking out glasses, all at a good price.
I started seeing Dr Gordon around 2006! When my insurance changed he wasn’t in our network and I was devastated! I stopped seeing him in 2011. Just this year I realized he was in my network! I went for my eye exam and had the best experience! All of the staff were very nice and helpful. From making the appt to checking in, getting all the test, seeing the doctor, picking out glasses and checking out. Everyone was extremely nice! I’m so glad I get to see them again! Hands down some of the best staff around. Keep up the great work guys!
