Awesome service. The staff is helpful and friendly. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment but they didn’t mind at all. They took me back and got started right away. Dr. Moss is very thorough and knowledgeable.
I was greatly impressed with Dr Moss, his staff and his facilities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Other eye clinics, I have felt like being in an assembly line with the goal of getting me into the frame shop. Not the case here.Dr Moss and his staff took their time, wasn't rushed and Dr Moss listened to my input. He was very positive and reassuring during the exam. He explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had. I felt very confident when the exam was over that I hadn't felt at other eye clinics.I was so impressed with my visit and facilities that I recommended my wife to him for her next exam. We have found "our" Optometrist.
In the short called asked to have Dr Moss call us back he did and was able to see us that day. In this day and time that very rarely happens in my opinion just the call back alone and the prompt ness of the call back and his office staff is a cute above the rest. In my ins and outs I have seen most of the same staff which speaks volumes this day and time.
