Love their work but being punctual is not their strong suit. You have customers waiting for doors to open and only 2 employees show up. Other employees were 15 to 20 minutes late. Not to mention no one says how long the wait will be just sit you down.

My nails came out beautifully, but I’ve had them for four days and they already look grown out. The guy didn’t push back my cuticles or do any kind of manicure steps other than putting the dip powder on. I guess I’ll have to do that prep work before I go next time, if I go there again. I likely won’t.

Kim Vu is the best one to me! She is so patient and kind and always goes the extra mile. I have known her for probably 10 years and used her to do pedicures and manicures. She has never once hurt me and its a pleasure to go to her and get an excellent job done!!Every one there are super nice employees and its a great place to get your services done! I always get the french on my toenails and fingernails. They last a VERY long time staying beautiful as the first day!! Thank you Kim!! Thank you creative nails! GREAT JOB! 5-5-23
