New ac is set on 72 with no window units.
The old one was on set on 75 with window units on.
Came in and removed old units and replace them with new units in the same day with no issues. Everything worked fine!

After calling for some techs to come out and resolve a problem I was having with my air condition. With in 15 minutes they were here and got right to it.
The two gentlemen that came out to resolve the problem I was having with my air condition were very professional and explained everything to the T on what was causing my air conditioner to not keep up. They informed me it was a clogged line, and the refrigerant was a little low. Within no time I noticed a difference with the temperature inside the house. I can’t thank yall enough for getting this problem resolved and how quick yall were!!

I have used Al Lambert for years for all of my air conditioning and heating needs . He is honest and reliable and I do not want anyone else to work on my HVAC system but his company. Truly satisfied and RUUD s the best air conditoning unit I have ever had.

I recently went to Nancy at Fades El Cartel LLC, who my cousin goes to, and I had a great experience.
Nancy was really nice and listened patiently to what I wanted. I also appreciated that she was ready for me right at my appointment time. She was very professional, the shop was nice, and the other barbers were friendly as well. I also enjoyed the diversity in the shop, it made the environment feel very welcoming.
The only downside for me was that it was a little warm inside, but overall I had a great experience. I will definitely be returning.

I arrived at Sparenity about 20 minutes before closing, unaware of their hours. Even though I had to wait a bit, the owner graciously started my manicure and pedicure right at closing time without hesitation. I was so impressed by how welcoming and professional they were. Despite the late hour, they never rushed the service and made sure I had a relaxing, quality experience. You can truly tell they take pride in what they do. I really appreciated the kindness and care, and I’ll definitely be back!

Everyone who truly knows me knows that I have haircut trauma. I've never had a haircut in my life where I've gone alone.
My long hair took at least 15 minutes to brush, sometimes 30 minutes. I would throw it up in a bun daily. I didn't want to deal with it, but I couldn't bear the thought of cutting it short. I knew it was time, though. It had been at least 12 years.
Until 2 days ago, I always got it trimmed (1-2 inches) by the same hairdresser, Janet, about once a year. Even though she struggled with pain, she would crouch down to cut my hair and stand on a chair to give me the long layers I wanted. She would talk to me to help me through my anxiety.
Two days ago was no different. She made sure I was okay with every snip of her scissors. She took a break when I needed water - I was struggling to keep my lunch down. She adjusted where I asked her to. Even when I was crying, she didn't make a big deal of it; pointing it out only makes it worse and somehow she knew that. She talked to me about my pet-sitting business and asked me for business cards for her clients. Her patience and encouragement were what I needed, and she has always provided that for me.
Thank you, Janet, for going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. You are a treasure to me. You make me feel safe and secure. Not to mention, your head and neck massages are the BEST during the hair washing!
C-PTSD is an extremely hard thing to handle when there are things that trigger it, things you HAVE to do. Today I am so grateful for those who are in my corner and understand how HUGE of a deal this is for me. It will always be a huge deal, but having people I trust to understand, show compassion, be patient, and love me the way I am makes it a little easier. Even when those tears roll down my cheeks and it's hard to breathe, I can still find gratitude in the midst of it all.
Thank you, Janet, and everyone who has ever held my hand or encouraged and shown compassion and patience to me, knowing this mental illness is debilitating at times. This act of kindness never goes unnoticed. I love and appreciate y'all always.

It has been so long since I’ve received a facial from Alexis, over 8 years! After having my third son I started experiencing serious dry skin on my face. I received a moisturizer sample from Alexis that changed my face overnight! I then schedule my facial. Alexis is the sweetest of all time and her shop is absolutely adorable. She was able to educate me and guide me into getting the right care for my face. I had forgotten the good feeling as clean cleansed skin and I cannot wait for my next facial!

I went to Heather to get a chemical peel to hopefully minimize my pores and to remove blotchy discolorations. I spend a lot of time out in the sun cutting grass. I didn't like the way foundation was sitting on my face anymore. After the fifth day following the peel, and tbe shedding was almost fully complete, I exfoliated my face and was very pleasantly surprised with the results! My complexion looked much more refreshed! All blemishes and dark spots were gone! I also noticed the fine lines on my forehead were minimalized and my foundation just looked much better all together.
To make things even better, Heather was very friendly and highly knowledgeable! She explained everything clearly about what to expect before, during and after the peel and made the experience less intimidating with her friendly banter. Like she's known you all her life! I highly recommend Heather and if you have any hesitations about getting this done...DON'T! You won't regret it! I will be returning for additional maintenance peels during the year and micro-needling as well! I will be a new, regular and highly satisfied customer! Go see Heather!!!

If there were more than five stars, I would give it! First off, he listened. He didn’t jump to conclusions about what was wrong. He took his time and really got down to the issue. He didn’t just crack me a few times and send me on my way. He massaged the area, stretched it, worked on it, did mobility training along with EMS and heat therapy, and then he adjusted me. His table is amazing and stretches you and moves your body to work out the pain. He taught me exercises to help with my issue and is holding me accountable to actually do them by checking on my progress next week. 10/10 recommend! Sending my husband and daughter there to see him soon!

Ridgefield is great. My little dog was very sick and we did not expect her to live beyond 2022. With a blood disease, tumor and blindness Dr. Pitre helped her to live until almost 2023. Even a Vet in New Orleans said she wasn't going to live beyond 2022. Thank you Dr. Pitre for giving me one more year with my precious little dog. The staff was wonderful with her every time I went there. I recommend Ridgefield. They are the best.
I highly recommend this clinic for your pet's care. I went to them because our 14 year old Boston was doing poorly. Instead of just recommending euthanasian, Dr. Bollinger tried a variety of treatments to keep our Whistler with us. I am happy to say that she responded and is still living a good life. However, when the time comes, I feel safe and secure knowing Dr. Bollinger will have the upmost compassionate when handling our dog.

This is the absolute BEST place to take your pets!! Everyone is always so warm and welcoming. We love Dr Robichaux, and she’s always taken care of every need we’ve had. My Doberman Luna has had many surgeries, injuries, and issues over the years, and this place is always ready and capable to treat her. We love going there!
Dr. De La Houssaye was so kind, coming in the middle of the night to help my dog when everyone else was closed. He even called to check up on her. Can’t recommend them enough!
Danielle is such a sweet and lovely person. She talk gentle to the dogs, and make them feel safe, even if they are scared. More people should use her. Can only say you wont regret it at all, and she is always nice and polite to us dog oweners too. She is a win win.
