Doc was one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was super informative and sweet. He handled my pup like he was his own. Cheeto cut his leg on a peice of metal roofing on Saturday night. Dr. DeLaHoussaye meet me there was informative and explained what he would do and cost. Called me Sunday early to let me know how he was doing well and I could go get him. He was again polite and informative. Thanks for your care to Cheeto.
Brought our 7wk old Alfie in after he was attacked by our electric reclining sofa at 10:30 in the evening. When called Dr clearly explained the emergency fees. We considered waiting till morning but did not want our puppy in pain with a potential broken leg.. Dr D did a physical exam and two X-rays. He thoroughly explained the X-rays and showed my husband the growth plates and that he was fracture free. Bill was nearly $700 but worth the peace of mind knowing he would be ok. (Office opening fee, emergency visit fee, exam and 2 X-rays) This man left his house to do this for us so our puppy could be evaluated and we could sleep easy that night knowing he was ok.
