Last one had water damage (TOTALLY not my fault, BTW), and they fixed it pretty fast, only had to wait 2-3 days. This one that I have currently had been hacked, so I brought it in and my connected external SSD for inspection, and they found nothing and gave it a nice hardware clean. Only had a 1-day wait time, realistically (they were closed for Thanksgiving.) Very nice people, great service, must recommend!!!“
