“On November 13, 2025, Jesse helped my mother-in-law with her computer, and he was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that made the whole process so easy to understand. Geek Squad — Jesse is truly a standout and a huge asset to your company! I was also on the phone with him during the appointment, and he was just as pleasant and upbeat with me as he was with her. Outstanding service all around!”
