We use wisp for all of our electronic needs and today I brought my sons cell phone in to have the charging port replaced. The friendly staff took the phone and proceeded to clean out the port, which did not need replacing. This is one of the reasons why we use this company…they are honest and respectable in their business dealings. They could have easily replaced the port and charged me, and I would have been none the wiser!! This is the type of company that I like to do business with and every staff member that we have encountered, have always been so friendly and helpful!
Wisp are life savers. Couldn't get in to my e mail after repairs. Wisp got it all back for me in no time. All my files and things that I thought I lost are back .
