I was about to buy my son a new game because he broke a part on his old one , luckily I was referred to wisp they save me a lot of money right before Christmas , his old game just needed a minor repair they didn’t try to get over on me and were very professional with quick service,! 5 stars plus

Brought in my Play Station 5 and after I was quoted at another shop of it taking 2 weeks, wisp was able to get it done on the same day for about half the price. I was without my play station for about 6 months, but I’m super grateful that wisp was able to help me out. Jamal (the owner) even directly spoke to me and I appreciated how awesome the entire staff was. L

From the very start I had a good feeling about this place. From the reviews and the responses to said reviews. I sent an intro email and since I was a in a bit of ah hurry. I called before they could respond and what ya know as soon as I called the young lady at the front desk knew exactly who I was and was soon to call me. To make a long story short they were extremely knowledgeable very keen to my needs, & even though they are pros they’re humble so with the knowledge I have they allowed me to sponge from their wisdom. I recommend this place above any and all in the city. What an experience i am sure to visit again and again. Thanks again Wisp for your awesome customer...read full review
