The entire staff is professional, very nice, and kind, offering above average customer care. They provide comprehensive eye exams, accurate prescriptions for glasses and contacts, and personalized solutions using the latest technology. Conveniently located in Terrytown, they serve individuals and families of all ages. Patients are very happy with the service and highly recommend the center for their vision needs.
Dr. Vincent and his staff worked me in right away showing concert for the urgent eye problem that I had!! It turned out to be a cornea ulcer which needed immediate attention and antibiotics!
I've been going to Eyecare Center Westbank for many years. The staff is always welcoming and pleasant. The wait is never long. Dr Vincent takes the time to explain everything in terms that I can understand and actually listens to my concerns! I can't say that about of doctors these days. Thanks for making this an easy annual appointment to keep.
They answer all your questions and do a great job with exam. They explain what each procedure they are doing. They also do partial pay. When you get your glasses they send you a text when it's ready. The glasses can in fast.
