So glad we did! He was hired to do a couple simple jobs, but called us to ask if he could repair a switch outlet that was installed improperly. We were so thankful for that. “James is eager to please and that's just what he does. Our 20 year tankless water heater went out and James got us back up and going quickly with a new unit. He included a recirculating pump. His communication was top notch and was able and willing to make some additional adjustments that earned my respect. He even hauled off an old refrigerator that I no longer needed. One of his workers needed one and could fix it. That's going above and beyond for me and his team!“
