Chad showed up the same day within hours of calling the office. This super polite gentleman diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. It wasn't the breaker, so he put the old one back in. There was an old line in the yard shorting everything out. He terminated the line and put everything back as it was . Now this is the kicker, all done for $59.
