Very professional. Expert service. I purchased a new PC online. Issues came up with the set up and install software. Plus I added the hard drive from my old PC and the old Lightscribe DVD player/burner. Updated software was needed to get the PC to run those devices. Fixmypc techs got the unit up to date and running perfectly. The service charge was worth the cost to get my new PC running at optimum performance. Highly recommend this buisness
