Pat and Bill are awesome! They have notch customer service. It’s the type of place you feel happy to go to when you need a solution to your problem. They also go above and beyond what’s required to make finding a remedy to your solution simple. They didn’t have to do anything more than what I paid them for with repairs and solutions in the past. But they always have great suggestions that have saved me hours of research to find solutions to my problems! I’m thankful to have a store like this for all of my technological and computer problems!

Pat and Bill are the best!! I've used Computer Problems since they opened, and they deserve 50 stars plus for all the times they took care of me. If you like honest, friendly, and quick service, Computer Problems is where they are!!

I don't normally 5 star any review. Took my rig in because I thought the PSU was dying. Turns out It was my graphics card. He didn't charge me a penny to tell me what was wrong with it and showed me how to do it myself once I got the card I wanted. Absolute legends. Telling my friend with a cracked laptop screen to go to these folks. Other places had a 2 week wait and were going to charge me just to tell me what was wrong with it. 10/5 can't do much better with customer service.
