“Seth and Mr. Terry were absolutely PHENOMENAL!
When my home flooded over the weekend I was left with a lot of worry.
Seth arrived and was kind, professional, genuine, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. He came in, took his time, and made sure he fully understood what was causing the problem.
As a woman who has zero understanding of plumbing and nothing more than Google to rely on, it was incredibly comforting to know I had someone in front of me whom I knew was being very sincere with me. He was focused on finding the actual problem while also making sure he did not do anything that would result in unnecessary expenses.
As a single mom, I cannot adequately explain what that meant to me. I had been so stressed about what the damage might be, how much everything could cost, and all the unknowns that come along with it. I am incredibly grateful for the care, honesty, and professionalism shown throughout the entire process.
Ten stars, without question! I would recommend Seth and Mr. Terry to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring professionals.”
