Communication from the company was fantastic before, during, and after. One customer had a clogged vent line to the AC. Rooterman arrived promptly on a Sunday, and within 20 minutes the line was unclogged. The technician explained the problem and suggested getting a P-trap added. Another customer described the service as quick, on time, efficient, and reasonable, calling it the best lawn drain and pipe cleaning since 2003. A different technician was fast and friendly, handling multiple items in the same day. Customers are happy to support a local female owned business. One tech went above and beyond, loading up a busted toilet from Home Depot and exchanging it himself. Rooterman handles various plumbing issues, from clogged drains and backed-up sewers to leaky pipes, with expertise and technology for expert solutions.

I called early in the morning around 6:45am to schedule an appointment for Denham Springs, they were super helpful. Said a technician was in the area and could send him to me first thing. The technician, Rhett Millet, was already heading into Baton Rouge and turned around to come service my home. Rhett arrived around 7:25am and went straight to work. He found the issue quickly and solved it! With it being summer timer, there were plenty of kids in the house plus a sleeping wife, Rhett had the issue revolved in less than hour without disturbing anyone inside the house. Very pleased with this company and Rhett! Thanks so much!
