“Based on reviews, experience with this shop seems to be hit or miss sometimes. Fortunately, mine was great! I had never used them before, but needed a last minute order so I decided go try them out. I placed the order online and got the confirmation email. When I checked the next day, I realized the money had not been taken out of my account. I called and they could not find the order. This frustrated me at first, of course, but Anne asked me to resubmit the order and she assured me I’d only be charged once. I resubmitted and felt further aggravated to discover now delivery for the day I had originally chosen wasn’t available. I chose the day after and resigned to be okay with it, as I could not change it. However, Anne’s made the same day delivery happen despite this and delivered a beautiful bouquet! I am very impressed with the customer service as well as the arrangement.“
