“We ordered an sympathy arrangement online and the next morning found that the recipient was going to be away for most of the afternoon. I called Carol's to see what could be done, which I expected would be to delay delivery to the next day. They were so very nice and helpful. They rushed to deliver while recipient was still at home and send us a picture of the completed arrangement to my phone. We live in Texas and found Carol's by internet search and we really were fortunate to do so. They prepared a beautiful sympathy bouquet for our loved one.”
