The value for the price point was fabulous & her customer service was top notch. The color selection she made was perfect for the order. Will order again. She offered to send me the picture below.“

“We ordered an sympathy arrangement online and the next morning found that the recipient was going to be away for most of the afternoon. I called Carol's to see what could be done, which I expected would be to delay delivery to the next day. They were so very nice and helpful. They rushed to deliver while recipient was still at home and send us a picture of the completed arrangement to my phone. We live in Texas and found Carol's by internet search and we really were fortunate to do so. They prepared a beautiful sympathy bouquet for our loved one.“
