Based on reviews, experience with this shop seems to be hit or miss sometimes. Fortunately, mine was great! I had never used them before, but needed a last minute order so I decided go try them out. I placed the order online and got the confirmation email. When I checked the next day, I realized the money had not been taken out of my account. I called and they could not find the order. This frustrated me at first, of course, but Anne asked me to resubmit the order and she assured me I’d only be charged once. I was so blessed by the lady at Anna’s and her staff today! They helped me with a very special project and made me so happy that I was in tears! Very sweet people. I will definitely be back to give them my business. Beautiful store as well.

Ordered online to Anna Floral. Very easy and helpful website. Delivery was fast and flower arrangement was beautiful. I just wished more pink fresh roses were added. Note: Flowers were delivered on Tuesday and pictures taken on Thursday.
