I've been visiting Dutchtown since 2021, and I can genuinely say I've never considered changing vets once. My senior cat Ella had many health issues, and the staff here took such excellent care of her until her passing. When she passed, they sent me a personal note and Forget-Me-Not flower seeds, and I remember sobbing at both losing Ella and their sympathy toward her passing.
When I adopted my current cat, I had no hesitation about bringing her to Dutchtown. Very professional and friendly. Pixie was scared as usual but not hiding between my legs which was nice. The entire staff we saw was very welcoming, kind and professional. I am glad we chose this as our new vet office.
