I had to make an impossible choice to put my 13 year old pit bull Sadie Belle down she had an aggressive cancer and they treated her for 3 days before that decision was made me and my husband work a lot and the staff here was so accommodating to us when visiting our dog even up to the day it was done I had never had to do that before and I didn’t know what to expect on the day off they provided us with a private room and a. Wonderful, caring doctors at Cypress Lake. My cat Myles had multiple urinary blockages two years ago and they recommended PU surgery. They kept him in their care for a full week to make sure he was recovering well after surgery and even after I took him home, when he experienced setbacks they had me bring him in immediately. Since then, I’ve done a lot of research on this surgery and seen photos of other cats surgery sites and I can confidently say they did such an excellent job. He is two years out, healed beautifully and no issues since. I will be forever grateful for the care Cypress Lake provided for my boy!
Without this hospital and its staff we would have lost our Roux. While two people were racing across the yard our mini dachshund Roux decided to run under their feet and was trampled. She quit breathing for a bit and then came to and began breathing rapidly. We brought her to Cypress Lake at about 9:30pm. The Dr was very informative and let us know it was extremely serious. She had fluid on her lungs and was having a hard time breathing. The outlook wasn’t good. However, they took excellent care of her and called us with updates regularly.
