James Leger was very thorough with his inspection. He paid attention to details and was happy to explain what he found. He was also very quick to answer his phone or return my calls. I definitely would recommend him.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience! I was given an easy to understand and beautifully laid out explanation of all aspects of the home I had inspected.
I walked away totally aware of the structural, plumbing and electrical conditions. I was even given contractors contact information for the associated concerns.
Overall, I received everything necessary (and more) to make an informed decision as to how to proceed.

Very nice, respectful, and thorough. Mr. James came out to inspect the property the next day after I contacted him. The inspection report was very thorough and included the smallest details that mattered the most in our home. The price was reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend!
