Kim Vu is the best one to me! She is so patient and kind and always goes the extra mile. I have known her for probably 10 years and used her to do pedicures and manicures. I can't speak highly enough of D&M Fireplaces & Pools. From scheduling to service they were professional, courteous, timely, & CLEAN! They cleaned up after cleaning my flue and even checked and corrected the vanes on my damper. I was informed that if I had any issues to give them a call and they'd come back. We had an outstanding experience with the Preferred Tree Health Care crew. They were professional and efficient! They trimmed 2 of our big beautiful oak trees, cut down 2 dying pines, and ground down numerous stumps. They made sure all debris was removed from the yard as they cut, the team left our yard neater than they found it. Thank you for keeping our property beautiful. We highly recommend their service.

Our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air last night. I got Mr. Soileau’s number from my sister in law. I contacted him Wednesday morning. Within minutes he responded. By 8:30 he was at my house and by 8:45 he was done. Air conditioner is working great. I highly recommend Mr. Soileau. Very fast and efficient and thorough. One simple part to replace. I will definitely use him again.
